In one line. MastermindX provides market information, analytics, and education—not personalized advice, brokerage, trade execution, or a promise of results. Data, models, signals, and AI output can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for your decisions, and investing can result in the loss of all capital or more.
Effective date: 8 August 2026. This Financial Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to mastermind-x.com, the Mastermind Terminal at app.mastermind-x.com, and related content, tools, research, alerts, exports, and services (collectively, the "Service"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given there.
Information and education only
The Service provides general market information, regime and cycle analytics, screens, research, visualizations, signals, scores, and educational tools. MastermindX is not acting as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, portfolio manager, lawyer, accountant, or tax adviser. Nothing on the Service is personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
No content is a recommendation, endorsement, offer, solicitation, research rating, suitability determination, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, short, hedge, or trade a security, cryptocurrency, commodity, derivative, currency, or other asset. No advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or professional relationship is created by access, a subscription, a response, or a communication.
Your decisions and professional advice
You are solely responsible for evaluating information, checking original sources, assessing suitability, and deciding whether and how to act. The Service does not know your complete financial condition, objectives, time horizon, tax position, liquidity needs, legal restrictions, or risk tolerance. Before making a financial decision, conduct your own due diligence and consult appropriately licensed professionals who understand your circumstances. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something on the Service.
Market and instrument risk
All investing and trading involve risk. Prices can move quickly, markets can become illiquid or close, correlations can change, and an asset can lose all value. You can lose some or all of your capital; with leverage, margin, short sales, options, futures, swaps, or other derivatives, losses can exceed the amount initially invested and positions can be liquidated without notice.
Small-cap securities, emerging markets, cryptocurrencies, commodities, complex products, concentrated positions, event-driven trades, and thinly traded instruments can involve heightened volatility, liquidity, custody, counterparty, regulatory, operational, and fraud risks. Foreign assets can add currency, political, settlement, and jurisdictional risk. You should understand an instrument and its governing documents before acting.
Data accuracy, timing, and source limitations
Market, company, economic, government, alternative, and third-party data may be delayed, estimated, adjusted, restated, mapped incorrectly, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Different sources can use different definitions, identifiers, calendars, methodologies, and revision schedules. Corporate actions, survivorship, timestamp, currency, and point-in-time errors can materially change a result.
The Service is not an execution feed, official books-and-records system, valuation service, or authoritative regulatory source. Displayed prices and figures may not reflect executable prices, spreads, fees, taxes, liquidity, or current conditions. Verify time-sensitive or consequential information with the applicable exchange, regulator, issuer filing, broker, vendor, or other authoritative source before relying on it. We do not guarantee continued access to any source, instrument, archive, or update.
Models, signals, scores, and probabilities
Signals, scores, rankings, regime labels, cycle readings, classifications, forecasts, probabilities, screens, and alerts are outputs of specified rules, assumptions, models, and available data. They simplify reality, can conflict with one another, and may change when inputs, mappings, methodology, or market conditions change. A probability is not a promise. A high score is not a recommendation or guarantee, and a low score is not a prediction of loss.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these are display-tier analytical observations rather than individualized fiduciary judgments. They do not account for your portfolio, constraints, execution, taxes, or suitability. Model error, overfitting, regime change, data leakage, selection bias, and implementation differences can cause actual outcomes to diverge materially.
Past performance, track records, and hypotheticals
Past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. Historical examples, track records, rankings, case studies, and selected outcomes may not be representative and may omit losing periods or instruments.
Backtested, simulated, hypothetical, modelled, or reconstructed results have inherent limitations. They may use hindsight, revised data, idealized fills, selected parameters, assumptions unavailable in real time, or markets and securities chosen after the fact. Unless expressly included, they may omit commissions, spreads, slippage, borrowing costs, market impact, capacity limits, taxes, latency, outages, liquidity constraints, and the effect of real-world decision-making. No representation is made that an account will achieve results similar to any example.
AI-generated and automated content
The assistant and other automated features can misunderstand a request, fabricate facts or citations, omit important context, use stale inputs, make calculation errors, or produce inconsistent and non-unique responses. Provider names or cited sources do not mean the response was approved by those providers or sources. AI output must be checked against authoritative evidence and should never be the sole basis for a financial, legal, tax, compliance, or other high-impact decision.
Questions and responses may also be retained and reviewed for evaluation, safety, debugging, and internal training-set curation as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, regulated, insider, or sensitive information.
Alerts, notifications, and availability
Alerts, notifications, emails, watchlists, and monitoring features are conveniences, not guaranteed surveillance or execution systems. A message may be delayed, duplicated, filtered, misrouted, or never delivered because of data, network, device, provider, market-hours, entitlement, or configuration issues. You remain responsible for monitoring positions, markets, orders, obligations, and deadlines through appropriate primary systems.
Third-party materials and links
The Service may display, summarize, transform, or link to third-party data, research, documents, software, models, and websites. A reference or link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or verification. Third parties can change or remove material and may impose separate terms. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, or actions. Review original sources and applicable terms before relying on or redistributing third-party material.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its data, content, research, models, outputs, and third-party materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and results. We do not promise uninterrupted access, preservation of data, delivery of alerts, correction of defects, or any trading or investment outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MastermindX and its affiliates, licensors, providers, contributors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the Service, including trading or investment loss, missed opportunity, lost profit or data, liquidation, tax consequences, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. The exclusions and aggregate liability cap in the Terms of Service apply to this Disclaimer. Nothing limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
