GS Buyback Desk Execution Activity. Our desk activity remained stable last week, holding steady as the market moved into the Labor Day holiday weekend. We finished the week with volumes tracking 1.4x vs 2025 YTD ADTV and 1.2x vs 2024 YTD ADTV, driven primarily by concentrated flows in the Tech, Financials, and Health Care sectors. We believe this steady corporate bid continued to provide a supportive cushion for equities, helping absorb broader market volatility after Friday's stronger-than- expected August jobs report triggered an S&P 500 pullback. Post holiday, we anticipate trading volumes will hold near current levels as the corporate calendar shifts. We project the Q3 blackout window to begin around September 15, when roughly 40% of the S&P 500 will enter their quiet periods. In anticipation of this window, execution mix is increasingly pivoting toward 10b5-1 programs, with the current breakdown at 33% OMR vs. 67% 10b5-1 (vs. 37% / 63% last week).
