North America 9/22/2026 - United States - Google has signed an agreement with Georgia Power to support uprates at the company’s nuclear fleet, helping increase electricity generation from existing reactors (here).

9/23/2026 - Canada - Ontario Power Generation has awarded major refurbishment contracts as preparations continue for the life extension of the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station (here).

9/28/2026 - United States - The US NRC has completed its environmental review of the planned restart of the Crane Clean Energy Center, clearing a key regulatory milestone for the return to service of the former Three Mile Island Unit 1 reactor (here).

10/1/2026 - United States - Constellation and Amazon have signed a long-term power agreement supporting approximately USD3 billion of investment at Calvert Cliffs, including plans to add 190 MW of generating capacity between 2030 and 2032 (here).
